the biggest room in the 3 bedroom house is for rent, you can have your own space for 127 a week ($255 fortnighlty). You have space in the driveway for 2 cars, a grassed backyard, back patio, some shed space available. Its located near the gosnells servo, close to Albany hwy and tonkin, which is handy for the daily commute. Were looking for someone who does work, or can definately pay rent every fornight on time. Two other guys in their mid 20s live in the house, who generally game and stay out of the kitchen, this also means we have unlimited internet set up. the house has ducted air-con to each room, and a fire place IN your room. The add says its furnished, that means you can have the bed, side tables, coat hanger rack and fridge if you want. I dont use email btw.
