Flat is fully furnished with unlimited broadband, TV, DVD and blue ray player, Netflix, air conditioner in living room, fans in each bedroom, washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances and fridge etc

Situated in St James – closest train station Oats street (15 mins walk), bus station only 5 minutes walk, Curtin university shuttle bus 5 minutes walk
We are looking for a female as she will be sharing a toilet and shower with another female.
Shared spaces are toilet, shower, living room, fridge, dry storage cupboard.
There are currently three of us living in the flat. A couple in the master bedroom and a female in another bedroom.
Cleaning the living room and kitchen is on a roster basis.
No smoking and no pets.
$110 per week including all bills and internet.
