I have two rooms available for rent. The property is located beside a quite circuit in Canning Vale. 7 minutes drive to the market city, 9 minutes to the 24h Supermarket Spudshed, 4 minutes to Livingston shopping center including Woolworth , BigW , Banks and post office. We are looking for a respectful, tidy quiet and non-smoking working people who do not want a party house. Short or long term are both welcome.
Rent is $130 per week including all bills ( water, electricity and gas, single person). Both room are fitted with writing table and build-in single door wardrobe.
Both rooms are locked with unlimited network and free toilet paper and dishwasher, plastic wrap, aluminum paper. The whole house is equipped with water cooling air con and it is free to use. Spacious and very comforale to live! The two rooms will share one toilet and bathroom.
There is a friendly Chinese couple in the master room now. They are quite nice and easy to stay with.
Deposit 260. Leave two weeks before departure check out.
